A Chinese export famille rose teapot stand of 6-lobed form dating from the Qianlong period. The stand is decorated to the centre with a bouquet of flowers, and around the rim with a border of bamboo with flowers and fruits. Diameter 13.4cm (5.3")
Date: Qianlong c1760-70
Condition: Good condition, with no chips, cracks or restoration. There are a few tiny glaze frits to the rim. There is some wear to the puce band around the centre, and the gilding at the rim is substantially rubbed. There are two scratches visible to the base: there are scratches introduced during manufacture and are not cracks.
