An attractive example of a Chinese famille verte saucer, dating from the Kangxi period. The rim of the saucer is decoratd with 5 large round flower heads, linked by scrolling foliage. The back of the saucer is undecorated, and the base has an underglaze blue precious object within double circles. Diameter 13cm (5.1").
Date: Kangxi c 1710-20
Condition: the saucer is in very good condition with just a single small glaze frit at the rim (shown in our close up photo). No other faults, and no restoration.
