A copy of the book ‘Armorial Porcelain of the Eighteenth Century by Sir Algernon Tudor-Craig.  First Edition 1925, published by The Century House.  Edition limited to 1000 copies of which this is number 138.  Hardback 4to book with blue cloth covers.  Top edge gilt, all other edges uncut.  136 pages illustrated throughout with black and white photographs, and with three colour plates, almost entirely of Chinese porcelain.

Contents include chapters on the origin of armorial porcelain, its dating, its heraldry, a list of Chinese services, porcelain of the City Companies, list of Worcester services and mottoes on Chinese porcelain.

Some marking and staining to the cloth covers, and the spine faded.  Bumping to one corner of the cover. Some browning to the end papers, but internally clean and with a sound binding.
