An attractive Chinese silk collar with flower embroidery c1910-20

An attractive Chinese silk collar formed as a flower head, with each separate 'petal' of the flower embroidered with a floral design against a rich purple silk background.  The backing of each 'petal' is purple silk.   Diameter of collar is 33cm / 13".  

This collar dates from the period c1910-20.

The collar is in very good condition with some wear and losses to the black tape outlining each leaf near the tips.  Some staining to the purple silk lining of the collar.  Please examine our photographs.
