A framed and glazed square C19th Chinese embroidery of a dragon in taupe, red and pink. This embroidery demonstrates very fine needlework , being mainly composed of tiny seed stitches. The embroidery is attractively presented on a taupe and pink mount in a gold frame. Glazed.
Size: embroidery c. 10.5 cm square. Frame c. 32.25 cm square
Condition: Some fading and losses to the threads. Please see photographs.
Note: we have not seen the embroidery outside the frame.
